Please ensure you read & understand the terms below, as this is what will determine if you qualify for the Guarantee: 

How to qualify:

1. Purchase The Premium Coaching Plan

Program education and information is intended to lose body fat while keeping a balanced diet using our meal/nutrition plan.

This is not a quick fix and lifestyle changes are necessary for results.

Content is designed around 1) Calorie Intake 2) Calorie Expenditure 3) Daily Habits.

2. Complete Premium Coaching Plan with 90% adherence. 

You agree to take full responsibility for executing the prescribed tasks and making necessary sacrifices is critical to achieving the desired outcomes. Including actions to a greater or lesser extent than initially desired. Any results are dependent on at least 90% adherence of the program.

Including but not limited to, the daily action steps, providing stats, food images, tracking relevant food intake and consistent workouts for the entirety of the Program.

3. Evaluate your progress after the duration of the 60 Days.

If there has been zero objective improvement, you may qualify for our Results Guarantee.

Objective improvement includes body measurements and the scales.

If you do not have any objective improvement we will refund the cost of the Supplements minus shipping.

 

 

If you meet the terms & conditions above and you want to opt for the Guarantee, here’s exactly what you need to do:

• Contact our friendly customer care support members at support@miss-metabolism.com  or directly to Dan on your coaching app.
• If returning stock, it is your obligation to pay the return postage, and we highly recommend you opt for tracking for delivery verification purposes, as we will not be held accountable for items not received.
• All refunds are processed via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
• Depending on the original payment method, refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement.

Please note:

• To claim the guarantee a person must adhere to 90% of the Premium Coaching Plan for a minimum of 8 weeks and maximum of 12 weeks.
• The Guarantee is only valid for the Premium Coaching Plan
• If you have purchased the Premium Coaching Plan and have not adhered to 90% of the program for a minimum of 8 week and maximum of 12, unfortunately you will not qualify for the guarantee.
• We must receive your enquiry within 70 days of the date you receive your order.
• The amount refunded will be less shipping and cost of overheads including, but not limited too, your account cost on the app, graphic design, extra coaching or 1-On-1 On-Boarding Call.
• All refunds are processed excluding any shipping costs.
• Premium Coaching Plan claims will only be valid on your first purchase with us. Repeat orders will not be refundable under the Premium Coaching Plan Guarantee.
